Getting that exercise in works best when I finish one piece of work and renew my physical and mental state. Do you ever have that moment in your life? Every time I come back with more energy and ideas! I personally don't run but walk with one or both of my dogs. They make for steady companions since they really focus on the now moment and are always there to listen!
